His work at FirstBank centers on improving enterprise visibility, simplifying governance, and ensuring that customer, associate, and shareholder priorities are advanced through disciplined, well-sequenced execution.

As Head of Application Development at Renasant Bank, Chris led enterprise application delivery and operational governance during a period of rapid growth and acquisition. Chris' work focused on delivering reliable platforms that supported commercial lending, treasury services, and integration activities while preserving credit culture and operational stability as the bank scaled.

At Regions Bank, Chris served in multiple leadership roles within one of the nation’s largest super-regional banking institutions. His responsibilities included application development, data and analytics platforms, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational support across risk, credit, business lines, and corporate functions. He worked closely with executive leadership to deliver technology and operational solutions in a highly regulated environment.
Chris led teams and enterprise initiatives during periods of regulatory scrutiny during 20, merger integration, and organizational transformation, with a consistent focus on stability, disciplined execution, and reliable delivery.

As an independent technology and operations advisor, Chris works with community and regional banks as a fractional CIO, helping executive teams strengthen application delivery, service management, and operational controls. His work focuses on building dependable, well-governed platforms that support growth, regulatory expectations, and day-to-day execution without unnecessary complexity or disruption.
Chris worked with executive teams of community and regional banks during periods of change—acquisitions, platform stress, leadership gaps, and regulatory pressure—where reliable execution matters more than transformation theater.
His advisory work focused on stabilizing operating models, restoring trust in technology and operations, and building the foundation for long-term CIO-level leadership. Engagements typically involved interim accountability across IT operations, enterprise platforms, vendor governance, and change discipline, with an emphasis on outcomes rather than frameworks.
Chris is most effective when organizations need a steady, credible leader who can operate at altitude with executives while staying close enough to execution to ensure results.
